Design Refinement
Developing the selected concept into a resolved form. We refine proportions, surfaces, ergonomics, and material choices while coordinating with mechanical requirements and production realities.
Engineering & CAD
Building complete 3D models with all parts, mechanisms, and assembly details defined. Every component is designed to fit together properly, function as intended, and be manufactured efficiently.
Prototyping & Testing
Producing physical prototypes to validate the design, or evaluating manufacturer prototypes when direct production is not feasible. We test form, fit, and performance to confirm the design works as intended.
Production Documentation
Delivering technical drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, manuals, quick guides, packaging design, and product graphics. We coordinate with the factory to ensure production-ready documentation.
